How admission works at this level
Language programmes have the lightest documentation load and the shortest lead time. Many students use a year of language study to reach the HSK level a Chinese-taught degree or scholarship requires.
Entry requirements
- Completed senior secondary school (or higher)
- No prior Chinese required for beginner tracks
- Aged 18 or above at enrolment
Mandatory document checklist
- Passport valid at least 18 months
- Highest education certificate and transcripts
- Personal statement
- Foreigner physical examination form
- Non-criminal record certificate
- Passport-style photograph on white background
- Financial guarantee where requested
