Scholarship FAQs
Questions students ask us most
Which country offers the most fully funded scholarships?
China. Chinese Government (CSC), provincial, university presidential and Confucius Institute awards regularly cover tuition, accommodation, medical insurance and a monthly stipend, and hundreds of degrees are taught fully in English.
Can I get a scholarship without IELTS?
Yes. Many Chinese universities accept a medium-of-instruction letter from your previous school instead of IELTS or TOEFL. Global Study Consult matches you only with universities whose current policy fits the documents you actually hold.
Do scholarships cover living costs as well as tuition?
Full awards usually cover tuition, on-campus accommodation, insurance and a monthly living stipend. Partial awards typically cover tuition only, so you budget for accommodation and living expenses yourself.
When should I apply for a September intake?
Start between November and February. Scholarship quotas close well before the intake, and complete, correctly notarised files are ranked first, so early applicants win the majority of full awards.
How does Global Study Consult support scholarship applicants?
We shortlist universities against your grades and budget, prepare and check every document, submit the application, follow up with admissions offices and guide you through the visa and pre-departure steps.
