Your service fee is determined by the category of admission you receive and how it is funded — full scholarship, partial scholarship, or self-funded. It is never decided arbitrarily.

Global Study Consult charges a professional service fee once a student receives an official admission through our service. The fee depends on the admission and funding category, and is published here in full.
Direct-student service fee schedule
Applies to students who apply directly through Global Study Consult. All amounts are defined in US dollars.

An admission letter does not automatically mean a scholarship
Scholarship status is only confirmed by official university documentation. Until the university confirms funding in writing, no scholarship-based fee category is applied.
Official payment channels only
All payments are initiated inside your Global Study Consult account through our authorised payment provider. You should never pay a personal bank account or personal payment wallet.
We never collect card details over chat
Card details are entered only on our payment provider's secure hosted page. We will never request card numbers or security codes by WhatsApp, WeChat, email or chat.
Partner and agent students are separate
Students introduced by an officially recognised partner or authorised agent are governed by that partner's agreement, and the direct-student schedule below does not apply to them.
Every payment is verified, invoiced and receipted
Payment is confirmed by our payment provider server-side. You then receive an invoice number, transaction reference and payment record inside your account.
Partner and authorised agent students
If your application was submitted through an officially recognised partner organisation or authorised agent, the schedule above does not apply to you. Your commercial terms follow the agreement between Global Study Consult and that partner, and your dashboard will state “Partner agreement applies”. If you are ever asked for a direct-student fee while your application is partner-referred, contact us immediately at info@globalstudyconsult.com.
Verifying an official request
Every legitimate payment request from Global Study Consult appears in your student account with an application ID, invoice number and amount.
