Terms of Service

By creating an account, submitting an application, or booking a consultation with Global Study Consult (GSC), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

GSC provides advisory and application-processing services: programme selection, document review, application submission, scholarship guidance, admission follow-up, and visa and pre-departure support.

GSC is an independent consultancy. We are not a university and we do not issue admission letters, scholarships or visas. Admission and scholarship decisions are made solely by the receiving institution, and visa decisions solely by the relevant immigration authority.

We work to present the strongest possible application, but no consultancy can guarantee admission, a scholarship award, or visa approval. Any statement of likelihood is a professional opinion, not a promise.

You must provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Submitting forged, altered or fraudulent documents is grounds for immediate termination of service without refund, and will be reported to the receiving institution where required.

You are responsible for meeting deadlines we communicate, keeping your contact details current, and safeguarding your account credentials.

You may not attempt to access another applicant's records, probe or bypass platform security, upload malicious files, or use automated tools to scrape the platform.

Premium consultation sessions are charged at the fee displayed at booking. Card payments are processed by a licensed payment provider; bank transfer and mobile wallet payments require proof of payment upload before a session is scheduled.

Fees cover professional advisory time. They are separate from any university application fee, tuition deposit, or third-party service charge.

A booked consultation may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

If GSC cannot deliver a paid consultation session, the fee is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. No-shows without 24 hours' notice are treated as delivered.

Application-processing fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once documents have been submitted to an institution.

You grant GSC permission to review your uploaded documents and to forward the relevant documents to the universities, scholarship bodies and authorities involved in the application you asked us to pursue. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Where you submit a review, photograph or admission document for publication, you confirm the content is yours to share and grant GSC permission to display it. Submissions are moderated before publication and may be edited for length or declined. You may request removal at any time.

The GSC name, crest, written guides, university database compilation and platform design are the property of Global Study Consult. You may not republish or resell them without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSC's total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid to GSC for the service in question. GSC is not liable for institutional decisions, immigration decisions, third-party payment failures, or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you.

We may suspend or terminate an account for fraud, document forgery, abuse of staff, attempted security breaches, or non-payment. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
